Product Details

Rotary slitter blades are also called circular slitter blades.Their function is mainly to cut wider coils into narrower strips. They are widelv used for slitting non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, stainless steel, silicon steel coils, and high-strength steel coils. According to the material and thickness of the coil. different tool materials need to be chosen for roll shear knives. The main materials of the blade are 5CrW2Si, 6CrW2Si, Cr12Mov, LD, H13, W18Cr4V, H13K, LD and other tool steels and alloy steels, with sharp edges, wear resistance, smooth cuts, smooth products, and good heat dissipation performance. The surface roughness of rotary sliiter knives should be less than 0.002mm, and the flatness and parallelism should be less than 0.001mm. The inner hole of the blade should be +0.03mm to +0.05mm. The concentricity of the outer circle of the cutting edge is 0.005mm. The heat treatment hardness of the blade should be determined according to the material of the blade and the material and thickness of the cutting material. Heat treatment method: vacuum deoxidation treatment and salt bath furnace treatment.
