The surface roughness of rotary sliiter knives should be less than 0.002mm, and the flatness and parallelism should be less than 0.001mm. The inner hole of the blade should be +0.03mm to +0.05mm. The concentricity of the outer circle of the cutting edge is 0.005mm. The heat treatment hardness of the blade should be determined according to the material of the blade and the material and thickness of the cutting material. Heat treatment method: vacuum deoxidation treatment and salt bath furnace treatment.
