Tungsten carbide metal sheets slitting circular knives also can be called rolling shear knives, application on roll cut metal coils, metal sheets, plastic sheets which are applied to rolling shear machine, and widely been used in home appliances, building materials, hardware, packaging, automobile industries etc. With them, unsurpassed cutting quality can be achieved due to non-contact cutting. The cutting material is separated here with the aid of a kerf. Two cutting edges, which are offset by a kerf and penetrate the material from different directions, cut through the material. The kerf is thus a decisive factor for the quality of the cut. It is determined in each case depending on the material to be cut and the thickness. We can make rotary sliting blade with max OD 340mm, tolerance of outside diameter is +0.01mm and tolerance of thickness: +0.002mm. Hardness of the blade is provided as per the application reauirements and we ensure optimum hardness for wear resistance.
